In House Training

If you have a group who are interested in one of our courses,or you have a need for a specific content in-house training, we provide a high impact and cost effective solutions.

In-house courses can be delivered at your premises or an off site centre and offer the advantage of convenience as well as content focused on the specific needs of your organisation or individuals.
We run a number of inhouse courses which have been designed within the area of leadership and performance management. These courses can be delivered either independantly or as a section of a programme.

We assess how far you are from your desired results, in order to move things forward. Our clients implement upgrade and change.

Bespoke Training

We adopt a holistic approach in working directly to support your requirements. Our team will support you through the design process, and develop a programme that suits your individual needs in a unique way.

Our approach includes building a foundation by working with individuals or with the team to identify and understand the objectives. This may also include implementing a training needs analysis, or departmental/organisational review to fully meet your needs

Blended Learning

Our growing complement of surveys and training programmes are designed to help you get to the roots of the challenges and growths within your organization. Blended Learning combines facilitative training with pre- and post-seminar assessments, booster programs and other resources to maximize your training goals. Blended Learning provides a richer, more comprehensive experience for the learner, and also produces a greater return-on-investment for the employer.

The structure of Blended learning is such that in the preliminary stages before training, the learner reviews the training objectives and descriptions. Participants complete an assessment that measures their knowledge as it relates to the learning objectives, imparting a clear understanding of their strength and weakness and helping to shape their personal learning plan.

During the learning experience the Blended Learning process enables the learners to evaluate their learning and address how to transfer the learning journey into the workplace and lifestyles.

Add Value

We continue to review and measure how our programmes can add value to the learning process and benefit each participant. We therefore take steps to support this through measuring progress.

Feedback questionaire -We provide feedback questionnaires at the end of each workshop, the results of these are copied to you with a summary of results for your records.

Impact measurement study -We can arrange for a full study of the interactive impact of the intervention after the work has been completed.

On-line questionaire -We can undertake post course questionnaires on-line. These are quick and simple and allow a self assessment or review by participants on what has changed as a result of their participation on and after the programme.
