One Stop Coaching Surgery

We realise that sometimes you need support in a specific area, but perhaps a whole course feels like too much to cope with or too formal. We can still help with our One Stop Coaching Surgery on demand service.

Examples of support you may need could be that you want to fine tune an important presentation; run through your sales strategy; plan for a negotiation; review how you are going to deal with a difficult situation or member of staff.

Call us and we will arrange an appointment with you. Each session will be on an hourly basis , the only thing we ask is that you give us 2 days notice in order for us to review how we can best support you.

Saturday Enhancement

The Saturday Enhancement Programme allows you to choose a flexible training model suitable to your needs. Once you have chosen your core programme path, you can choose from the independent modules. Example of a mix and match may be customer care programme with negotiation  and listening skills.
